We were thrilled to partner with Mettler Toledo, a multinational leader in precision instruments and services, to help strengthen integration and alignment across their teams.
In a year shaped by the global excitement of the FIFA World Cup, the organisation saw a unique opportunity to leverage football’s universal language to make the principles of teamwork tangible, engaging, and memorable.
They were looking for an experience that would:
- Strengthen collaboration and communication across functions
- Encourage alignment under pressure and constant change
- Translate teamwork concepts into practical, lived learning
The Objective
To achieve these goals, we designed GOALL!! — a football-inspired team-building program that simulates the dynamics of high-performing teams.
Participants were divided into teams and immersed in a fast-paced environment, where they had to organise quickly, define roles, and adapt to constant changes — just like a team on the field.
At the same time, the experience combined competition and collaboration, requiring teams to think strategically, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure.
Ultimately, what began as a game evolved into a powerful reflection of workplace dynamics, where success depended not on individual performance but on alignment and teamwork.
Our Approach
GOALL! is designed to turn theory into practice. Rather than simply talking about collaboration or strategy, we place participants in situations where these skills are required and tested in real time.
This approach allows employees to step out of their comfort zones, adapt quickly, and experience teamwork in both rational and emotional ways — ensuring learning sticks.
